Originally from the UK, I am a New Zealand based landscape and city photographer. I also shoot portraits, headshots and film stills.

My style is natural and uncomplicated. I let the subject become the focus of the work as opposed to the technique.

I joke that I’ve been a photographer since I was 5 years old when I got my first camera; following in the footsteps of my father and grandfather who were both photographers. But, more seriously, I’ve been shooting at a professional level for 25 years, since becoming Photo Editor at Queen Mary College, University of London.

I live with my kiwi wife and two children - and have my studio - in fabulous Wellington but also travel extensively for work.
